A: These shoes are currently available for preorder only. They are not ready to ship yet.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Production takes approximately 4 to 8 weeks after you place your order. Once completed, your shoes will be shipped out right away.

A: Each pair is custom-made and crafted with care to ensure the best quality, which takes time.

Q: Can I cancel my preorder?
A: Because each pair is made to order, all sales are final. Please double-check your size and order details before purchasing.
